Independence Day (and month) sale for Nautical Chart Murals

Have I mentioned that Independence Day is my favorite holiday?

Here’s a holiday that celebrates the founding of the United States, and does so with parades, fireworks, family fun and celebration.  You don’t need a costume, (Uncle Sam may be the exception), a turkey, gifts, or candy.  Just you, your family, and your country.  Pretty darn good eh? Although a nice chilled watermelon and a refreshing beverage does add much to the festivities.

Anyway, we at Nautical Chart Wallpaper want to celebrate by offering a celebratory sale through the month of July.

Here are the details.  If you live in the area of one of the 13 original colonies (see the map as the areas have changed over the years) AND you order a mural from July 4th through July 31st, we will give you a $100.00 discount on your order.  Benjamin Franklin would approve and, after all HE’S on the $100.00 bill!  What!? You live outside of the 13 colonies?  Well, we will give you a $50.00 discount if you order within the same time frame.

The fact of the matter is that most of our clientele indeed live on the east coast, and so this should be a great  incentive for ordering your nautical chart wallpaper mural sooner than later.

But enough of this reading. You need to get out and celebrate our Independence Day.  Unless you want to take advantage of our sale; then order your mural and then go out and have fun!

Happy Birthday America!

"Skipper" Steve Morris has been sailing for more than 45 years. Whenever Skipper's sailor friends used to talk about their sailing adventures, it was not unusual for them to grab a chart, unroll it to a certain island or waterway, and tell a story of what happened during a particular voyage. As Skipper realized that nautical charts are used for navigating stories as well as passageways, the idea of nautical chart murals came naturally. What better place to tell a tale of the sea than in one's own home or office than with a beautiful nautical chart mural as the visual aid!

In 2013, he moved to the Coeur d'Alene area of Northern Idaho with his wife Linda. When Skipper is not working on murals, you can find him sailing his Erickson 27' on Lake Coeur d’Alene.

He continues to design custom-made wallpaper from nautical charts, satellite photos, topographical maps and favorite photos.
